This episode covers clearing a construction site, transporting a boxed shed with the Ford Transit, and preparing a gravel footpath using a JCB mini excavator and skid steer. The shed build begins while the site is levelled and organised for the next stages of work.
Hello and welcome to my new series where I build a construction and gardening services company. It is a timelapse series which is a continuation of the previous series. This is episode #35 - of Farming Simulator 25 Raven Valley Roleplay Public Works series.

This episode focuses on preparing a construction site for the next stage of work, starting with clearing enough space to assemble a new shed. The shed arrives packed inside a large wooden box made from planks, and the first task is transporting it from the shop to the site. The Ford Transit handles the job well, making the trip across town and bringing the boxed structure safely to the location. Once it is positioned, the workers begin unpacking it and setting up the frame, allowing the build to move forward while the rest of the area is prepared.

With the shed underway, attention shifts to creating room for a simple footpath that will run alongside the structure. The path doesn’t require anything complicated—just a clean strip of ground and a layer of gravel. To start, the JCB mini excavator is brought in to remove the grass and top layer of soil. Working along the marked line, the excavator clears the area quickly, leaving a neat channel ready for the next step.

A builders bag filled with gravel is then transported to the site. Once delivered, the gravel is spread evenly across the cleared section, forming the base of the footpath. The material needs to be levelled properly to avoid uneven spots, so the JCB mini skid steer is used to smooth everything out. Its compact size makes it ideal for working in tight spaces around the shed and the rest of the construction area.
As the gravel settles into place, the path begins to take shape, giving the site a more organised layout. The shed build continues in the background, and the cleared surroundings make it easier for the workers to move around and finish assembling the structure. The combination of the excavator, skid steer, and the Transit keeps the workflow steady and efficient.

With the main tasks completed for the day, the equipment is gathered and prepared for transport back to the base. The site now has a clear area for the shed, a fresh gravel path, and a more structured layout that will support the next stages of the project. The progress made here sets up the location for further improvements and brings the build closer to completion.
