Python for Engineers: Dictionaries 1 (Screencast)

First semester, first year Python for Engineers lectures and screencasts. These were live and unscripted sessions, so---for posterity---please do share comments/fixes in comment box if you spot an error or something that might require clarification.

The sessions are loosely based on the University of Cape Town MIT Python lecture notes [1]. Additional information is here [2].
