About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and
ensuring the quality and performance of our products before release.
This role demands a proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, desktop, or mobile applications
(or hardware systems).
Analyze user requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
Work closely with developers and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform regression, performance, smoke, and system testing.
Develop and maintain test documentation, test strategies, and quality metrics.
Use tools like JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, JMeter, Jenkins, etc., for testing and bug tracking.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
