ESI Group converts Warehouse to a Refrigerated Food DC for US Foods

This new and efficient facility brings a whole new level of convenience for US Foods New England area chefs and restaurants. The facilities tenant improvements included alterations to existing areas for a refrigerated food storage area, dry food storage area, dock areas for both as well as offices and a Truck Fueling Island and Service Center. The LEED certification process is underway.
