BIQU B1 Hot-end Fix — IMPROVED INSERT

Luke's hot-end fixes are quite popular, and for good reason. I thought of a couple of improvements for the 3D printed "washer." I designed the attached remix as an improved version of it.

NOTE: I urge that you **not** try to do this fix *without* removal of your nozzle and heater block. You need to be able to verify that your path is unobstructed all the way through the heat break, and also verify that the newly installed PTFE tube from the fix is coming to the same spot as before the fix.
