🌺 By time, our skin starts to show the aging signs. Such signs are visible also around the eyes zone.

All these are a normal process, but fortunately we can fight back the aging process. How? By using proper moisturisers, by starting massaging the eyes area and practicing different eye lift exercises.
🌺 When massaging the eyes area, proceed with smooth, gentle moves
🌺 Always use a face oil before starting the massage
🌺 Whenever the fingers get dry, apply more oil to help them easily glide on the skin
👉What oil did I use for the eyes area in this video?
I used Jasmin essential oil. It is a go to tonic for a glowy, beautiful skin.
It has a very refreshing and relaxing scent. It is a mood uplifter. It promotes skin rejuvenation. It has antiseptic and anti-aging properties.

Hello. I am Roxana. A 45 years old Romanian. I have created this channel because I want to share my daily face massage routine. It's a process I've learnt during time, after watching lots of videos on this topic and after I've read articles about different types of face massages, face treatments and, generally speaking, about how to maintain the skin glowy, stretched, healthy, young as long as possible.
I do hands face massage, gua sha face massage and face yoga.
I do all of the above types of massages during the whole day. It doesnt have to take a lot of time, at once. You can practice Face Yoga, for example, while washing the dishes, while cooking, while bathing etc. Also, gua sha or hands face massage can be done in few minutes while watching a Tv show or a movie. It is up to you how long time you want to spend on facial massage. Even 3 or 5 minutes daily are going to help.
Before proceeding, I always use a face serum or an essential face oil.
