#FOHSummit: Creating the ideal Healthcare Working Environment
The shortage of healthcare professionals in South Africa is likely a large factor contributing to the high levels of work-related stress felt by younger healthcare professionals. There is a danger that stress, combined with inflexible working cultures and a lack of empowerment, could prompt an early exodus from the profession.
