What if one orders a charge to a unit behind the first enemy unit (e.g. missile unit behind enemy infantry line)? Is it worth it?

Terrain: Grasslands
Players: Human Players
Tactics: NOT Allowed, one unit is ordered to charge beyond the first enemy unit.
