Epic elevator fail. Stuck at Penthouse Steinberg elevators Otis elevator

this was at Jewish Hospital in St Louis and I will have to say I am kinda disappointed. This is the kind of behavior I would expect from a new Schindler, or even a Dover. Not an antique relay controlled Otis. This is also the 3rd elevator problem I have had in the past week.
