The Paralysis of Ambivalence: Part One
Ambivalence is a stage where we consciously or subconsciously choose to keep our options open by not committing to change. It’s devastating, confusing and paralyzing all at the same time. However, it doesn’t have to be the end of the relationship or your own recovery. Some would say you actually need ‘some’ amount of ambivalence. Today, we’ll discuss how to handle ambivalence.
