So, first mod is done and it does seem to have at least 10% improvement in the plane's efficiency as compared to a stock... behind! Not a bad deal! Also, having it a bit more nose heavy, not neutral balance, does help with the stall behaviour, which is good to know - DO NOT balance this plane neutral at the CG points! Top speed has also gone up under its own power, and the plane is now able to go over 100km/h on its own, without a nose dive from 2km altitude! And the sound... oh well... it is nothing like before, I do appreciate this newfound quietness, as compared to being able to hear it from 2kms away when I throttle up! Next stage would be tapering off that wall that they've put at the back there, and see how much of an improvement that will have! Good thing that nose is so long and the battery can go even further forward!
