The autonomous mobile robot utilizes integrated 3D perception cameras, LiDAR sensors, and embedded navigation systems to safely maneuver throughout mixed industrial environments containing personnel, forklifts, and other mobile equipment. Intelligent obstacle avoidance and adaptive safety fieldsets allow the vehicle to dynamically reroute around obstacles while maintaining efficient transport operations.

The compact chassis design supports payload capacities up to approximately 2,640 lbs while maintaining autonomous travel speeds up to approximately 3.1 MPH. Turn-in-place capability allows the robot to operate efficiently within constrained floor layouts while minimizing required aisle space. Precise docking capability allows the system to interface with conveyor systems, carts, pallet stations, robotic cells, and custom automation equipment with repeatable positioning accuracy.

The onboard energy system utilizes autonomous opportunity charging technology to support continuous operation with minimal downtime. Rapid-access maintenance drawers simplify servicing and battery access while helping improve equipment uptime in demanding industrial environments.
