🐱💓Waxing isn't bad, I promise girls. If you do wax or plan on doing so I get all that done by Naked Cherry (they're based in Rosebank & Sandton area) and their prices aren't bad, you could also go to Soho in Sandton. For aftercare you could get products from the suggested places, but I just use aloe skin gel for the first two days and it works perfectly fine.
🥤Eat good, drink good, feel good. In this asian household we be eating spicy food everyday and vegetables everyday fr. I try to drink Pineapple & Carrot Juice Blend by Rugani everyday (can get it at Food Lovers), if not then for sure every week. All of that will reflect downstairs, also probiotics are found in many foods eg. yogurt, pickles, etc. You can do more research on that xx.
AGAIN DISCHARGE IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL - IT JUST MEANS YOUR VAG IS CLEANING ITSELF SO DON'T DOUCHE ! There are other washes that you can use besides the Gyna Guard Essentials BUT MAKE SURE IT HAS NO SENT PLZZ! Gyna balances the pH levels while you wash and it has cranberry extracts (clean the are but don't clean inside - soap doesn't belong inside there my good sis).
Going out and using a public bathroom is scary so always wash your hands or sanitise your hands before you wipe, because downstairs is very sensitive. I always clean the toilet seat by putting hand sanitiser on and wiping it with tissue lmao. Sometimes I use the feminine wipes if toilet paper doesn't cut it (I don't use the fem. wipes all the time, using something too much in an area where it's highly sensitive isn't always it) but baby wipes (Pampers) is ALWAYS A SAFE CHOICE.
Probiotics aren't a need, but I've heard it has helped people with smell, discharge, and comfortability. The cranberry ones I take from Dischem just help to prevent urine infections (UTI) and other things like that.
EVERYONE HAS A NATURAL SMELL, it's okay x. Getting your cookie to smell like flowers & rainbows isn't gonna do the does.
