Standing Pilates to Build Stronger Legs, Better Balance and Core Strength | 30 Minute Workout

Join me for a 30 minute standing pilates workout to build Stronger Legs, Better Balance and Core control. There'll be lots of fun balance challenges and exercises to really work the Leg, Hip and Core Muscles. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class, this session will give you a muscle burn in a very enjoyable way! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I decided to put this one together as we've all spent a lot more time sitting during the Covid lockdown so this is to get us all up and moving! It can be used as a warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.Please click the Like button and Subscribe to the channel to help me make more films just for you.
