In this video, I’ll show you how to make butterfly chicken skewers with potato slices that are juicy, flavorful, and easy to cook at home. I butterfly the chicken for faster and even cooking, then thread the chicken pieces and potato slices onto skewers for a delicious combination. This recipe is perfect for lunch, dinner, BBQ, or a quick homemade meal.
Butterfly Chicken:-

Ingredients:-
300 gm Chicken
1TS Soya Sauce
1 TS Hot Sauce
Salt as per taste
1 TS Black Pepper
1 TS Roasted Crushed Cumin
1 TS Roasted Crushed Coriander
1 TB Chopped Garlic
1 TS chilli flakes
1/2 TS Chicken Powder
Handful Coriander Leaves
Batter:-
Half cup All purpose flour
salt
chilli flakes

Make thin paste with water.

Method:
Mix everything together with chicken. Cut potato in round thin slices. Add salt and chilli flakes in potato. Take skewers and thread potato and chicken mentioned in video. Dip in Batter and Shallow Fry.
