Last night we saw Cristiano Ronaldo almost bow out of the European Championship in the cruelest of fashions, while today we learned that Andy Murray would not be taking part in the men's singles event at Wimbledon, while defending female champion Markéta Vondroušová shockingly lost out in her first round tie. In some good news for Meath GAA, it looks as though Vikki Wall's return may be imminent.
