Fans of Jesse Gress have rarely seen him play like this! Having seen him perform since the late 90's I have never seen him bend the guitar to his will and make it sing like in this truly one of a kind performance.

A respected performer, music educator, and former music editor of Guitar Player, Jesse tours incessantly with Todd Rundgren, a dude who grew up in Upper Darby, PA.

On this night he and his band-mates, Prairie Prince on drums and Bruce Whetstone on bass and Elle Crash on vocals performed several Hendrix songs at ToddStock West 7.0, one of four global celebrations of Todd Rundgren's 70 years on planet earth. The west coast event was held Oct. 11- 16, 2018 at Camp Navarro in the redwood forests near Mendocino, Ca.
