LEG DAY WORKOUT
Cardio: 30 mins
Back Squats x 5 Sets
Barbell x 15 reps
1st Set : 10lbs each side x 12 reps
2nd Set: 25lbs each side x 10 reps
3rd Set: 35lbs each side x 10 reps
4th Set: 45lbs each side x 8 reps
5th Set: 55lbs each side x 6 reps
Super Set With
Kettle Bell Deadlifts x 15 reps x 3 sets

Cable Rope Elevated Banded Squats x 12 reps x 3 sets
Into
Cable Rope Elevated Banded stiffleg deadlifts x 12 reps x 3 sets
Super Set With
Cable Glute Kickbacks x 15 reps each side x 3 sets

Bodyweight Circuit X 3 rounds each exercise
Alternating jumping lunges x 12 reps
Jumping Squats x 12 reps
Pulsing Squats ( 2 pulses at bottom of squats) x 12 reps
