Madden NFL 24 Franchise Mode Overview:
-Name me a team with a more controversial past decade than this one? You can't No team has been under more scrutiny than the Washington Commanders. This year we change that. Now I have fixed this team once, but not on this level. All-Madden. We kick it up a notch as we look to rebuild a once historic franchise that hasn't won a championship in 32 years. Welcome to the Washington Commanders franchise!
-Our first year did not go so well. The Commanders finished 6-11 and had one of the worst defenses in the NFL. As a result Head Coach Ron Rivera was fired. Now, former Offensive Coordinator Eric Bieniemy is at the helm, and the defense has been upgraded with the signings of Drue Tranquill and Landon Collins, and the drafting of first round pick Jeremiah Trotter Jr. That's not all the additions, a familiar face is back at quarterback as Kirk Cousins is back in D.C. Can he lead the Commanders back to the playoffs like he did before?
-Washington improved by one win going 7-10 in Year 2 behind first year Head coach Eric Bieniemy. Unlike last year, there was a lot of stability this offseason, expect for a quarterback. Kirk Cousins has departed (again) and Michael Penix Jr. is now taking over. He'll also have new All-Pro Left Tackle Tyron Smith to protect him. With a year of learning on the bench, can he take the Commanders to the postseason for the first time this series.
