Vector Custom Level [#5] | Story 1-3 "City Escape"

Before we get into anything I want to give a HUGE thank you to Gordon. All the special lighting effects that you see in this video, and the thumbnail, were all did by him. He has been a massive help in transforming this level into being even better than it was.

This level took a long time, mostly because of me having lots of inactive periods during its development, hopefully the next one won't take as long.
