Advice for Architecture Clients #ArchiTalks
Three pieces of advice for architecture clients on hiring architects, and dealing with architects (from Drew Paul Bell of http://www.DrewPaulBell.com)
1. Pick an architect based on his or her work, not based on proximity.
2. "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. - Benjamin Franklin
3. Be as clear as you can with yourself about what you want (and communicate it with your architect.)
