Lesson Description:
This video is an example of how Days 1-28 (with an emphasis on 19-28) can be combined to create a super-fun swing dance to a slower tempo song. It's rhythmical and improvised. Use it as inspiration, instead of as a routine.

This is an example of improvisational dancing. Nothing in this video is choregraphed. We are relaxed, communicating physcially and visually with each other, listening to the music, and most importantly having fun!
