Beginner Mountain Bike Trail Review.. Black Forest..Chattanooga, Tn. ESNP Rating: Advanced Beginner

Today we ride the Black Forest trail at Enterprise South Nature Park in Chattanooga, TN. This is the beginner trail at the park. In my opnion this is not for beginners without experience. Although this is a beautiful trail and exceptionally taken care of, i would ride a few other trails to build up stamina for the distance. If you start in the parking lot where the Hercules trial is, this trail is an uphill climb in either direction. It has some distance to it and the climb wore me out. Hit Johnston Woods before this one if you are just starting out. Once you are comfortable head to this one and enjoy all of the wonderful features! There are bridged creek crossings, moguls and plenty of burms in the flow sections. The ride back to the parking lot is by far my favorite and you can get some real speed if you want! There are even hidden bunkers on this trial to check out!
