This video will guide you to fix your slow laptop even if it's brand new
When you upgrade L340 gaming to ssd choose NVME M.2 SSD not SATA M.2
When you upgrade the RAM replace the 8GB with 16GB 2400 or 2666MHZ single stick
After you Install NVME make sure to clone the windows installed in Hard Disk to NVME if not you will not notice any difference
If you choose to install windows 10 to NVME SSD instead of cloning make sure to remove the Hard Disk connection first, Just reconnect after finish installing windows
Remember there are different hardware specification for L340 which means other L340 model might have different look inside
