Kamado Joe SLoROLLER Roasted Chicken

I roasted a chicken as my second cook on the new Kamado Joe Classic 3 when it arrived. I was so impressed with the results I had to do it again just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. This is a very simple cook. One good quality chicken. Seasonings. One grill. 425-450°F. Cook it until it's done.

If you aren't cooking on the Kamado Joe 3 series grill, I still highly recommend you doing this cook at 425-450°F on you grill. The higher temperatures, in my humble opinion, produce much better results all the way around.
