Come with me to an Open House as a Realtor in Nashville, Tennessee!

This week I did an Open House for one of the most beautiful homes in Brentwood and it was such a blast!

I do an Open House just about every week because it really gives me an opportunity to meet new people, and I love people, so it’s a win for me!

It’s also great when you’re listing a home because it truly puts as many eyeballs on the home as possible, which is great for driving traffic there! And since so many people are moving to Nashville from all over, it really meets them where they are and gives them a space where they can go see a property while they’re in town visiting without having to schedule a private showing.

So I can meet them where they are in the process and just be that person who welcomes them and makes them feel at home, answering any questions they might have about the area or the home itself.

Most people walk away with several restaurant recommendations for dinner that night, and I’m usually invited to their kid’s birthday party later that month. 😂🎉

Last night at the Open House, I met 10 new families and truly feel that I made a lot of new friends! I think that’s just a natural byproduct of trying to help and serve people! Not because they’re potential buyers, but because they each have a unique story and each of them has inherent value and worth.

So when I get to be the guy who shows up week in and week out and gets to intersect those stories, even in some small way, that means a lot to me! And the fact that I get to do it inside of some of the most stunning homes on the planet? That’s icing on the cake, man!

So grateful to get to do what I do and hustle the way I hustle! Because not only do I get to enrich the lives of others, but my own life gets all the better for getting to serve them!

And you just thought I was opening doors. 😂🙌🏽
