Lecture -- Introduction to Time-Domain Finite-Difference Method

This lecture introduces the concept of solving a time-domain equation using the finite-difference method. Topics discussed are the update equation, formulation of the update equation, update coefficients, stability, and the algorithm. Solution to the time-domain heat equation is discussed.
