In this clip, John Salley spoke about the Suns "working" Anthony Davis' limbs during the Western Conference Finals, which led John to speak about the anatomy of athletes that are around 7-foot tall. He explained that heavy lifting is different for someone at that height, and John demonstrated how lifting weights is different for someone with long arms. John then spoke about having injuries himself, including with his knees, and having to educate himself about weightlifting at his height.

In this clip, John Salley opened up about athletes getting injured and being on a constant roller coaster of getting injured and healing. He then pointed to the modern advances in medicine, which have helped athletes heal and come back close to their pre-injured state. John then spoke about a machine that helps arteries extend, and he also spoke about stem cell treatments that athletes like Kobe and Peyton Manning had done, which you can hear more about above.
