The competition was open to candidates below the age of 26 from anywhere in the world, and hopefuls sent through a personal video for shortlisting. The one-week 'casting' will take place from July 22-26 in Dubai, and the judges have been confirmed to select the winner. The winner will undergo a three-year training under Emaar Hospitality Group’s senior leaders and work across the board to gain hands-on insights on corporate hospitality leadership.
