Is this the perfect creekside camp? In this episode, I head deep into the Ouachita National Forest with my buddy Joe from Arkie Outdoors for a laid back overlanding trip focused on relaxing, exploring, and good conversation around the fire.

We rolled in Friday night and set up camp right by the creek, keeping things simple and enjoying the quiet of the woods. Saturday morning started with fresh coffee by the water before I showed Joe some of the beauty this area has to offer. We stopped by a few waterfalls and checked out some awesome campsites tucked away in the forest.

That evening, we made it back to another creekside camp, sat around the fire, enjoyed a good cigar, and I cooked up some steaks that turned out absolutely perfect. Nothing beats good food and even better fellowship after a full day outdoors.

Sunday morning, we had one more cup of coffee before packing up and heading out.
