R&S M3TR HF Radio Operation Part 1, operation without password

This is the 3000H version of the M3TR transceiver which is 1.5 MHz -108 MHz. There is a 3000U version which is 25 MHz to 512 MHz. Just arrived from Europe (and boy are my arms tired!).
