How to Make Small Cakes | Baking, Filling, Icing a 4" Cake

You'd think that making small cakes would be a lot easier than big ones. But (at least for me) they can be a challenge! In this video, I show you my technique for baking, filling and icing a 4" round cake.

SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE:
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
Add both into a pot, stir and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat as soon as it comes to a boil and let it cool.
Store in airtight container in the fridge for a few weeks.
