Shirataki Pad Thai
If you haven't tried Shirataki noodles yet, you'll want to make these vegan and gluten-free noodles a staple in your pantry! We tossed them in a delicious Pad Thai sauce with an egg and them topped with bean sprouts, scallions peanuts, basil and a squeeze of fresh lime. But you could leave out the egg and make this a delicious vegan dinner. Enjoy!
