Kleopas Dumeni says he is haunted by the incident of the First National Bank bomb blast at Oshakati
The retired bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia Kleopas Dumeni says he is still haunted by the incident of the First National Bank bomb blast at Oshakati where 26 people, including his daughter Anna Ndahambelela Twahafifwa Dumeni, died while many others were seriously injured.
Speaking on behalf of affected families at the 34th commemoration of the bomb blast at Ongwediva Cemetery on Saturday, Dumeni said the person responsible for the killings is still unknown.
The incident happened on 19 February 1988.
