How to get rid of lower stomach fat (No equipment)
This is a 5 minute simple workout that you can do at home to target your lower stomach. I know it is the most stubborn part of the body! You won’t feel a thing until the next day. Lol. No equipment needed. This is in real time. All you have to do is follow along. Enjoy!
