Our Global Kitchen - Gingerbread Demonstration

Visit the working kitchen in the Museum's new exhibition, Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture. The kitchen features daily samplings (Monday-Friday, 12:30-5:30 pm and Saturday-Sunday, 10:00 am-5:30 pm), as well as taste tests and demonstrations of cooking methods.

Guest demonstrators at the kitchen include local farmers and chefs and the kitchen themes will change every two weeks. Upcoming topics include:

Week of January 2 - Healthy Eating--Adults

Week of January 14 - Healthy Eating--Kids

Week of January 28 - Chocolate
