How to add text labels to BIG Launcher buttons and change their text size

By default, BIG Launcher can show only the icons for app shortcuts. If you want to add a text label to a button, tap the three dots next to the clock and choose “Set buttons”.

Select the button where you want to add the label and choose “Set label”. Enter the text you want to display. You will see the label preview directly in the button editor.

If the label is too large, you can change the size of all labels. Return to the BIG Launcher home screen, tap the three dots next to the clock, and choose “Preferences”. Then choose “Screens’ options” and find “Text size”. For example, choosing 50 percent makes the labels half as large.

You can also choose where the label is displayed on the button. Use “Text labels position” to place labels at the bottom, in the center, or at the top of the button. Return to the BIG Launcher home screen to see how the new settings look.
