Il Progetto "Un anno di Fipsas" è ufficialmente partito!

Con questo primo capitolo dedicato alla presentazione della Fipsas Comitato Piemonte ed ai suoi principali protagonisti vi mostreremo la prima attività svolta dai volontari della fererazione : il Recupero.

Questa mini serie di documentari è stata e sarà realizzata per mostrare tutte le attività della Fipsas Piemonte. Vi accompagnere all'interno degli incubatoi ( prossimo episodio) vi mostreremo le attività di vigilanza e vi porteremo con noi durante i ripopolamenti...

Insomma seguiteci e non rimarrete delusi ... L'importanza di questa Federazione nella salvaguardia e gestione delle acque interne e dei suoi abitanti ha una valenza basilare che deve essere divulgata e tramandata alle nuove generazioni e noi cercheremo attraverso le immagini di trasferire a tutti queste nobili attività.

"Oggi la pesca è uno sport con mentalità, esigenze, attese e mode del tutto differenti rispetto un tempo.

In nessuno sport più della pesca l’agonismo è la conclusione di un percorso e mai il suo inizio. Chiunque inizi a giocare a calcio lo fa per vincere un confronto con un avversario ma nessuno ha mai iniziato a pescare mirando a diventare campione piuttosto che semplicemente a catturare il suo primo pesce.

La pesca ricreativa è quindi la base di tutto, nulla si può risolvere prescindendo da essa e dalla sua “crisi” e perché la pesca ricreativa si riprenda occorre avere acqua pulita ed abbondante, ben popolata e, last but not least, ben vigilata.

Le acque vanno difese (da inquinamenti, prelievi, lavori in alveo ecc.), popolate (immettendo e salvando il presente) e vigilate (contro bracconaggio e pesca non regolamentare).

La gestione delle acque convenzionate, così come la loro tipologia, è molto spesso il punto critico.

In realtà se pur fanno capo alla Federazione la gran parte delle azioni a tutela delle acque e dell’iitiofauna questo viene impunemente da alcuni negato e, quel che è grave, da noi non evidenziato cosa che andrebbe, e facilmente, potrebbe essere fatta assistendo, coordinando e collegando tali attività.

L’immagine va migliorata rivolgendosi, nel presentare le nostre attività, principalmente alla pesca ricreativa."

"Today fishing is a sport with a mindset, needs, expectations and fashions that are completely different than they used to be.

In no sport, more than fishing, agonism is the end of a journey and never its beginning. Anyone who starts playing football does so to win a confrontation with an opponent but no one has ever started fishing, aiming to become champion rather than simply catching his first fish.

Recreational fishing is therefore the basis of everything, nothing can be resolved regardless of it and its "crisis" and because recreational fishing recovers it is necessary to have clean and abundant water, well populated and, last but not least, well supervised.

The waters must be defended (from pollution, withdrawals, works in the riverbed, etc.), populated (by entering and saving the present) and supervised (against poaching and unregulated fishing).

The management of the conventioned waters, as well as their type, is very often the critical point.

In reality, even if the Federation is responsible for most of the actions to protect the waters and the iitiofauna, this is withheld by some denied and, what is serious, by us not highlighted what should be, and easily, could be done by assisting, coordinating and linking these activities.
