Lobster Fishing Boat Powered By Cat In The Maritimes
Congratulations to father and son, Paul and Kevin Cormier, on the successful launch of their new 49’3” x 24’ lobster fishing boat, the Family Run, in Metaghan, Nova Scotia!
The vessel, built by AF Theriault, features one of our famous Cat C18 600HP engines and has a Sea Pride Hull from Tim Quinlan and electronics by Hines Marine Services Ltd.
While getting his boat in the sea for the first time, Paul Cormier said:
“For the amount of fishing we do and for the area in which we live, I could not [do] without a Cat because [I get] service in my backyard and the dependability of the Cat is outstanding!”.
