### How the EA Works

This EA is built around adaptive market behavior rather than a fixed strategy. It continuously analyzes whether the market is in a **ranging (consolidation)** phase or a **trending** phase and adjusts its trading logic accordingly.

One of the core concepts used in its analysis is **Elliott Wave Theory**, where markets typically move in a **5-wave impulsive structure (1-2-3-4-5)** followed by a **3-wave corrective structure (A-B-C)**. The EA uses this framework to anticipate natural retracements and market cycles.

During normal market conditions, the EA expects price corrections and manages positions based on those expected pullbacks. However, if market structure indicates a strong directional move with a low probability of immediate retracement, the system automatically shifts into a trend-focused mode, reducing the risk of continuously building positions against momentum.

This adaptive approach has been developed and refined through extensive historical testing across various market environments, with the objective of balancing profitability and risk management.
