Building a Simple 12x12 Two-Story Off Grid Cabin Addition with our Daughters

My wife and I along with our four daughters moved way off the grid in the middle of the wilderness in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan to learn new life skills and to have an adventure of a lifetime!

In this video, our daughters help get the addition started for their new two-story bedroom.

We show you how we plan on keeping our building level for years to come.

We always try to shop locally but had to go to a big box store for the material this time. We did end up saving big money at Menards!
