Pumpkin Soup From the 1700s! Townsend Recipe Test

Pumpkin season is upon us! What better way to celebrate Fall than try our hands at making pumpkin soup from scratch. Even though we aren't great at this whole cooking thing, we had to up the ante and try a recipe off of the Townsend calendar. If you are not familiar with the Townsend (what are you doing with your life??) that means it's a reeeeeeeally old recipe. Like, Legend of Sleepy​ Hollow old. And bonus points! We made a bowl out of a pumpkin!!!! Can't say we really killed this recipe but we're pretty glad we tried.
