Bullet-Proof Pourover Recipe That Works Every Time

A lot of specialty coffee shops use a brew ratio that is surprisingly small. I've seen those that use something ridiculous like 1:5 even. But after some experiments, I've come to learn that this small amount of water they use might be the reason their coffees always taste so damn good.

I share my recent experiments with brew ratio, and how a 1:10 ratio has not failed me so far.
