Microorganisms From My Aquarium

This was scraped from a bit of wood inside my fresh water aquarium. This small insect-like microorganism is yet unidentified by myself. I think it might be a rotifer of some sort, but I am not sure. It looks like it has cilia on one side to propel it, and some of those cilia are so long they look like legs. It uses them when it takes a leap @1:28. If you know what it is or have some ideas, please leave a comment.
