Evergreen Procurement: Investing in the Westside

I had the opportunity to interview John Tatum and Larryl Lamb, co-founders of Evergreen Procurement, at Obodo Farm on the Historic Westside of Las Vegas.

Evergreen Procurement is a new company gaining real traction, already working with businesses and helping restaurants, chefs, and food-based companies save money, operate smarter, and improve their purchasing power.

But what stood out even more was their commitment to community.

They were one of the sponsors behind this event, helping bring together the same energy we need more of on the Westside:

Good food.
Live entertainment.
Art.
Business.
Culture.
Community connection.

They spoke about why they are getting behind First Sunday on the Westside of Las Vegas and why it matters to support spaces where local chefs, entrepreneurs, artists, and families can connect and grow.

This is what community partnership looks like — not just showing up for visibility, but investing in the people, the culture, and the businesses that are building something real.

Big respect to Evergreen Procurement for stepping up, sponsoring, and helping push the Historic Westside forward.
