Kuranda, Far North Queensland - 4K Walking Tour

A short drive from Cairns is the rain-forest village of Kuranda. You can also get to Kuranda by cable car which rides high above the rain-forest and stops off at the village.

It was a little rainy on the day I did my 4K walking tour, and very quiet, so quite peaceful and some sounds of nature, and some interesting village buildings around. It was Christmas Eve and many friendly locals wished me a merry christmas.

It was nice to stop off for some coffee too as I checked out the village sights.

In far north Queensland there is so much variety for doing 4K walking tours, and Kuranda provided a unique opportunity to get my camera out and have a stroll in a tropical rain-forest village.
