Deaths ruled as 'unlawful killing' in Ireland's worst ever fire tragedy
Ireland's Stardust nightclub burned down in the early hours of Valentine's Day in 1981. The families of the 48 people killed in the nightclub fire have waited more than 40 years for some form of justice.
The jury found that the fire started as a result of an electrical fault in an airing cupboard. More than 200 people were injured in the disaster.
Today the deaths were ruled '"unlawful killings" by a jury after an inquest.
