Chicken Nuggets (homemade, easy, yummy nuggets)

Assalam alaikum friends.. welcome to Sweet & Spicy... today i made a very simple but awesome delicious recipe chicken nuggets. try it once... you will never forget this yummy taste... recipe below
Chicken nuggets:
Chicken breast – 500 gms (tender chicken if possible)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Eggs – 2
Maida – 1 cup
Bread crumb – as needed (around 2 cups)
Method:
Cut chicken in thin slices, marinate it with ginger garlic paste, black pepper, lemon and salt for around half an hour. If chicken is not tender than keep marinated for around 3 to 4 hours.
Now coat each slice first with maida, then dip in egg batter, and then coat with bread crumb. Shallow fry in ghee until golden brown.
Yummy nuggets are ready to serve. Serve with tamarind chutney. Link is in description box below.
