The Little Mermaid Ariel becomes the most powerful sea witch of all the seven seas. And Ariel uses her new magic to take over Atlantica with her two daughters Melody and Harmony!

Hi how are you?^___^ All the hype about the live action The Little Mermaid with Halle bailey and the little mermaid trailer got me into The Little Mermaid movies again :) The ending of the sequel has never made sense to me. Why would Ariel relax and let the wall be taken down after a second sea witch has threatened her family, not once, but twice! And in the old cartoon, Triton and all the mermaids were dealing with Manta. So many Disney villains for one under the sea family!

I think it makes a lot more sense if Ariel amasses powerful magic to protect her daugthers, so no sea witch or monster will ever dare make Ariel their enemy!
My idea is that all that magic is too much for a mermaid to contain, so the powers turn her evil and evil Ariel is no longer content with being a princess, so she takes over Atlantica and wants to bec ome the queen under the sea.
Poor Eric has no choice but to be transformed into a merman and join Ariel and their children. The part of your world song completely turned on its head ^___^

This edit is a continuation of the other The little Mermaid scene edits, which all take place after the little mermaid 2, so Melody is a couple of years older and throughout the whole movie, Ariel has a daughter with red hair with a pearl hairtie and she is called Harmony. It's a bit of retconning I know, but we have already seen The little mermaid has a baby, when melody is small, so it is more fun for Ariel and prince eric to have two older girls :)

I wonder how the mermaids will respond to Ariel as the new evil under the sea - whether they will start a war or bow to their new ruler. What do you think?
I really hope we will get an official continuation of Ariel's story in a the little mermaid 4 movie or maybe more of the tv series.
By the way, have you watched the 2023 The little mermaid live action movie? Im going to watch it next week! As a Dane, I would liked a Dane to play Eric, but Im sure Jonah Hauer-King will do a great job :)

Oh yeah, while I was editing, I was pondering how to draw mermaid princess Melody's hand on Flounder, so I ended up taking a photo of my own hand on top of Snorlax lol and I think it worked really well^___^

The Ursula tentacle dress design is inspired by the The Little Mermaid Ariel fan art by the artist "Jmdunn" ^___^
