Destiny Exotics: "MIDA MutliTool" (Opinion + Gameplay)

Hey there fellow guardians, this time we take a look at the exotic scout rifle MIDA multitool. The 2 special stats are radar stays active while aiming down sight and movement speed upgrades. Put this on an agile hunter and he'll fly!:p
